This Weekend, Bookworms should head to the Annapolis Book Fair

This Saturday, bookworms may attend the Annapolis Book Festival, which will have author panels, book signings, children's programs, a book sale, and the comic celebration ComicKey.

Why it matters: Summer reading season is just around the corner.

Zoom in: The free event will include talks with well-known writers such as Alice McDermott, Wesley Lowery, and the sister-writing team Liv Constantine.

Children can attend programs featuring children's book authors Jonathan Roth and Meg Eden Kuyatt, as well as a scientific demonstration and a magician.

ComicKey features conversations with comic creators, workshops, and pop-up businesses.

The festival will take place at the Key School in Annapolis from 10am until 5pm.
